My son and I are leaving for our long summer vacation in three weeks and my hubby said, he will work on our kitchen sink when are not around because it good for him to work in the kitchen because I’m not home to cook cooking in the kitchen. I have been wondering why I gained weight after having my son since I am only 108lbs when I got married. After I give birth my son 9 years ago and breastfed him for 8 1/2 months I’m actually loss the baby fat and back to my weigh a 118lbs and before I got pregnant I’m only 115lbs. Now I’m 135lbs because I gained 5lbs over the winter and it’s hard to get rid of it and I try to loss weight again by taking a walk for a least one hour with my friends, but since I love to cook. I didn’t watch my intake of carbohydrates because I eat rice daily. My other friend advice me to eat a cup of rice only once a day and I try that since Saturday, I am actually having a hard time not to eat rice daily. It maybe good if I eat rice and take appetite suppressant for the supplement of my diet so I can still eat rice 3 times a day.

I feel like I have been eating a lot of fat pork all day even I drink a lot of tea they have served in the table. I said, my friends that I think I have gained few lbs from eating dimsum lol. Anyway, we walk around the store right next to dimsum to get some fresh calamares and bittergourd for me to cook for dinner. I tell my friends I cook calamares and bittergourd and they’re asking me if I have some leftover. We went to the beach and walk for an hour without noticing the time and we went straight in our house and have the leftover I have. I felt like I have been eating non-stop. I must gained weight and maybe I may need best diet pills for my diet.
